“Just to say how much we all enjoyed our lunch at Temple today. The food was very tasty, very well presented and won praise from everyone – very well done Liam. And the service was excellent, winning similar plaudits from us all – very well done Francis. I will have no hesitation in recommending Temple as a venue to anyone seeking to hold a similar party.”

“Hi Keith, many thanks to the members for letting us play at Temple, especially on a Saturday. It is such a welcoming club and Francis and Patrick were as wonderful as ever!! Penny also turned up to make sure we were OK and was also very helpful. We all enjoyed playing and the course was in fab condition. You couldn’t do anything with the weather I know! Again, many thanks for the use of the course and the help provided by the staff on Saturday.”
Charlie Keenan (Berkshire Ladies 2nd Team Captain) – May 2018

The welcome everyone received was fantastic and all of the guests were amazed by the room and views. I would recommend hosting events at the Club to anyone. Also, please pass on our thanks to Liam for putting on some great food. And to Francis for all his help and being so accommodating. We really enjoyed the day.”

“On behalf of the Pirates Golf Society we’d like to say thank you for a wonderful day. The course was a great challenge with tremendous greens; the food was first class as were the staff that served and looked after us. Also, a big thanks to Fred for starting us off and making us feel so welcome. Many thanks again.”

“We had a great evening recently when 25 of us sat down to a delicious dinner. With a choice of 4 dishes per course everyone was able to select their own dish which naturally meant a lot of preparation for each person as we all had different dishes!. It was all beautifully presented and very very tasty!! Well done Liam and team. We were very ably served and looked after all evening by Francis and his very attentive staff. We shall be back and I shall be grateful if you will convey our thanks and congratulations to all those concerned on the night.”
David de Bromhead (Dinner Organiser) – August 2018

Nigel Kenyon (Member) – February 2018
“Thank you to Temple for hosting the BCLGA Autumn Meeting. Your staff looked after us so well from the minute we arrived, helping to set up and then providing the lovely food for all 63 competitors as they came in. I was absolutely delighted in the number taking part.”
Gillian Myers (BCLGA Joint Competitions Secretary 2) – September 2018
“Hi Keith, Thanks again for yesterday. I forgot to say that I have trouble recalling when I have played out of a/ so many bunkers and b/ how consistent they were. In my view they were just the right depth, great quality of sand and a joy to be in which is very very rare. Congratulations to you all and please pass it on if appropriate – my comment is based on many years of experience as a PGA Professional Golfer and Club Manager.”
Kim Brake – June 2018
” I would like to express my thanks to all those who contributed to making my Captain’s Day a real success. From Stan, Matthew and yourself, Liam and colleagues, Francis and Rowena, George and Jackie, Michael and Arron in the Pro Shop, in fact, all Temple staff. Having a Starter welcome us to the Club was a nice touch. My colleagues were all impressed, as expressed to me, with the quality of the course, the BBQ food and friendly professionalism of the staff. Would you please pass on my sincere thanks to what was clearly a memorable day, that did Temple Golf Club proud.”
Nick Middle (The Berkshire GS) – July 2019

They did not know so it was a lovely surprise. They were over the moon. Send my thanks to everyone and see you hopefully next week at skills in the course. Many thanks Emma”
